The Pixlr stack — for teams who produce

Every team member, their own designer. Without the agency, the licences, or the queue.

A two-day, hands-on course in Pixlr — the AI-powered visual production stack that turns marketing, comms and product teams into self-sufficient brand producers.

Why now

The bottleneck on most teams is not strategy. It is who can produce the visual.

For most companies, every banner, social post, retouched product photo and on-brand graphic goes through the same one or two people. They are over-stretched, the queue is long, and the work that comes out is small jobs the designer never wanted in the first place.

AI changed the maths. Background removal, generative fill, batch image work, and brand-consistent template production are no longer technical skills. They are direction skills. Anyone on the team can do this work now, if they have learned how. This course teaches that.

Stop training the designer to handle small jobs. Train the rest of the team to handle them, and free the designer for the strategic work she was hired for.

What Pixlr unlocks

Six capabilities. Six bottlenecks gone.

The specific Pixlr workflows your team will learn — each one corresponding to a daily production task that currently waits in a queue.

AI background removal

Studio-ready product photos in seconds

Drop in any photo, get a clean cut-out instantly. No selection tools, no eraser work. Hundreds of product images become catalogue-ready in an afternoon.

Generative fill

Extend, retouch, restage without a photographer

Crop too tight? Need a wider banner from a square shot? Generative fill rebuilds backgrounds, removes objects and restages scenes — without a reshoot.

Brand templates

Once set up, anyone produces on-brand

Your brand colours, fonts and logos pre-loaded. Every team member generates social posts, banners and slides that look like one brand made them, because they did.

Batch processing

50 product images at once, not one at a time

Resize, watermark, compress, format-convert across hundreds of files in a single operation. The e-commerce team's weekly afternoon-killer, done in minutes.

Layer-based editing

Proper editing, no Photoshop subscription

Full layered workflow — masks, blend modes, smart objects — without the Adobe price tag or the learning curve. Production-grade editing for the rest of the team.

Web-based access

Any browser, any device, no install

Pixlr lives in the browser. No IT setup, no licence headaches, no laptop-rebuild rituals. The remote team-member has the same tools as the office.

This is the whole pitch. The course teaches your team to use each of these six capabilities in their day-to-day work. The result is a marketing or comms function that ships, on-brand, at the pace your business actually needs.
What you came here with

Two kinds of frustration, both familiar.

What teams walk in carrying. The course is built around it.

If you're on the team

Marketers, communicators, product, operations, sales support

Every visual request goes to the designer. You wait days for a banner you could have made yourself, if you knew how. Some of them never get made at all.
The brand templates exist but no one can use them quickly. You end up copying old decks and hoping nothing's wrong.
Photo editing in PowerPoint or Word looks amateur. You know it does. You don't have a better option that doesn't require a designer or an Adobe licence.
You pay for Canva but it doesn't do the heavy lifting. It's fine for posts. It is not fine for product photography, generative fill, or batch work.

If you're the L&D or marketing buyer

Heads of marketing, ops, L&D, founders, CXOs

Marketing throughput is the bottleneck. You want every team member able to produce their own routine visuals so the designer can focus on strategic work.
You have one designer for the whole company. That doesn't scale. The work backs up; brand consistency slips when people start improvising.
Your visual output looks inconsistent.Because everyone uses different tools. Pixlr-trained teams produce one brand because they use one stack.
You're spending on Adobe licences 90% of the team can't use.The course rationalises the spend — most of the team moves to Pixlr; the specialists keep Adobe.
How we walk you through it

Three acts. In this order, every time.

Content, Objective, Pricing. The rhythm The Enablers use in every conversation.

01
Act one

Content

The what — twelve hours, two days, the Pixlr stack

Twelve hours over two days, hands-on, with your team's real production tasks as the case material. Pixlr Pro accounts arranged for the cohort. Brand assets pre-loaded for private cohorts.

  • Day one. The Pixlr foundation — interface, layers, the AI capabilities (background removal, generative fill, smart selection). Brand-template setup and consistent visual production.
  • Day two. Batch workflows, product-photography retouching at scale, advanced compositing for marketing and comms. Building your team's repeatable visual production playbook.

Open with the team-not-the-designer framing. Buyers want every team member productive on visuals, not one designer over-stretched. The course delivers exactly that.

02
Act two

Objective

The why — what teams actually leave with

Every cohort finishes with three things:

  • A team-wide Pixlr workflow. Every learner can independently produce on-brand visuals in their daily work — banners, posts, retouched product photos, internal decks.
  • A brand template kit. Your colours, fonts, logos and recurring asset types pre-built in Pixlr. Anyone on the team picks one up and produces.
  • A new internal capacity. The designer reclaims her week for strategic work. Routine production flows from the rest of the team.

The phrase to use. "Every team member, their own designer." Specific, vivid, and exactly what the buyer is trying to achieve. Pause there.

03
Act three

Pricing

The how — tailored, often paid back in saved external design cost

Course fees are tailored per cohort. Small teams, medium and full department-wide cohorts each have their own arrangement.

SkillsFuture Credit applies for most Singaporeans aged 25 and above. Corporate cohorts may qualify for SSG support depending on company status and learner mix.

The Enablers prepare a clear cost breakdown after a short conversation — usually within one working day.

Compare against existing design cost. Most clients find the course pays back in the first month of saved external design spend. "What are you spending on freelance design or unused Adobe licences this year?" Then take it to The Enablers.

Straight talk

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

Better to find out now than on day one.

This is for you if

Your team's visual production is bottlenecked on one or two people.
You want non-designers producing on-brand visuals confidently and consistently.
You're spending on Adobe licences that most of the team can't use.
You want a tool stack that works in-browser, on any device, with no IT setup.
You want your designer freed for the strategic work she was hired for.

This is not for you if

You're looking for specialist illustration, motion-graphics or print-prepress training. That's Adobe territory.
Your team is all professional designers. They already have a stack.
You want a one-hour Canva tutorial. This is twelve hours because the workflow takes that long to install properly.
You expect AI to invent your brand. AI is leverage. The brand is still yours.
A team in their own words

"We had one designer for the entire marketing function. Two weeks after the cohort, four of us were producing our own on-brand social posts, email banners, internal decks and product graphics. Our designer reclaimed her time for the strategic work she was actually hired for. Marketing output tripled within a month and the cost of external freelancers dropped to zero."

If they push back

The six things they're about to say — and the answers.

These come up in every conversation. Have them rehearsed.

They say"We already use Canva — why switch?"
You sayCanva is great for templates. Pixlr does the heavy editing Canva can't — generative fill, AI background removal, proper layer work, batch processing. Many teams use both; we teach where each one fits.
They say"Our team is non-technical. They won't be able to do this."
You sayThat's exactly the point. Pixlr's AI does the technical work. Your team learns to direct, not to draw. Most learners come in nervous and leave producing on day one.
They say"Adobe is the industry standard."
You sayFor specialist designers, yes. For the 90% of your team who need to produce visuals without being designers, Pixlr is the better choice — faster, web-based, AI-led. The licence-cost saving alone pays for the course.
They say"Can't they just learn Pixlr on YouTube?"
You sayFor the basics, yes. For brand-consistent, batch-ready, production-grade workflow, no. YouTube teaches features. The course teaches use — and that's what makes the difference at scale.
They say"Won't this make our designer unhappy?"
You sayMost designers love it. It frees them from the small-jobs queue and lets them focus on the strategic creative work they were hired for. The team handles routine; the designer handles brand. Both win.
They say"What if Pixlr changes pricing?"
You sayPixlr is Inmagine Group's flagship — its commercial model is stable and aligned with business users. The course also teaches a workflow that transfers across the AI image production category. You're learning a category, not just a tool.
The questions nobody asks until they ask

What buyers are really thinking, answered.

Will the output look on-brand or generic?+
On-brand. For private cohorts your brand assets — colours, fonts, logos, recurring template types — are pre-loaded into Pixlr before day one. Everything the cohort produces in class is on-brand and ready to use.
Do we need to subscribe to Pixlr, or are licences included?+
Pixlr Pro access is arranged for the cohort duration. Long-term subscriptions are negotiated through Pixlr directly — The Enablers can introduce you. Most teams find the per-seat cost a fraction of equivalent Adobe spend.
Can we set up our brand templates in advance for the cohort?+
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. The Enablers will run a short pre-cohort session to capture your brand assets and load them into Pixlr. By day one, the cohort is producing on-brand from the start.
Will this replace our designer?+
No, and that's not the goal. The aim is to redirect the designer's time from routine small jobs to strategic creative work. Designers stay; their work changes shape.
What if our designer wants to attend the cohort?+
Welcome. Designers often appreciate seeing the AI workflow first-hand, and they become the internal champion who supports the rest of the team afterwards.
Does this cover both image and video work?+
This course is image-led — the Pixlr stack focused on still production. For dedicated AI short-form video skills, the AI Video Creation course is the companion to this one. Many corporate cohorts run them sequentially.
