Digital entrepreneurship — for the long career second act

A small business deserves marketing that respects it. AI just made that possible.

Why now

You spent decades learning your craft. The tools to promote it should not take another decade to figure out.

For the first time, a single person with no design background, no marketing team and no agency budget can produce business-grade visuals, copy and content in an afternoon. The skill is not technical — it is editorial. Knowing what to ask for, recognising what is good, and refining what comes back until it sounds like you.

That is what this course teaches. Not abstract AI literacy, but the small set of practical workflows that turn one person and one laptop into a marketing capability your business deserves.

The leverage is not in doing what your competitors do. It is in spending the time AI gives you back on the part only you can do — the craft.

What you walk out with

Six real business assets — built in class, ready to use.

Not exercises. Not templates to fill in later. Real marketing assets for your real business, finished in the room and yours to keep.

01

A clean brand mark or logo

A professional mark for your business — consistent, recognisable, and yours. Built in Designs.ai with AI doing the heavy design lifting.

02

A set of social media posts

Eight to ten ready-to-publish posts on a consistent visual theme, with your own voice and your own offer.

03

A poster or flyer

For an upcoming offer, opening, event or seasonal campaign — printable and shareable, looking professional from the start.

04

Clear, persuasive product or service copy

A short, sharp description of what you do and why people should choose you — written with AI assistance and refined in your own voice.

05

Refined photographs of your work

Existing photos cleaned up and enhanced in Pixlr — backgrounds tidied, lighting balanced, ready for catalogue or social use.

06

A one-page online presence outline

The skeleton of a clean one-page website or upgraded business profile — the words, the visuals, the structure. Ready to publish.

What you came here with

The frustration that brings most silver entrepreneurs to this course.

This is what people walk in carrying. The course is built around it.

If you run the business

Solo traders, retirees with side ventures, second-career founders, family operations

Your business looks amateur next to younger competitors. You do better work. The marketing does not reflect that, and customers see the marketing first.
You spend evenings making rough graphics in Word or Canva. The output is fine. It is not good. You know the difference, and so do your customers.
You've been quoted thousands for marketing help.Revenue does not justify it, and the alternative — ignoring marketing — is costing you in another way entirely.
You don't want to live on social media. You want to show up enough that people find you and trust you, then keep the focus on the work.

If you're organising this for someone

Adult children, partners, business associations, retiree networks

They have a real business and a real customer base. The marketing has not caught up with what they offer.
They are brilliant at the work but the promotion lets them down. You know they could be doing better with the right toolkit.
They keep paying freelancers for one-off jobs. That spend would be better invested in capability they keep.
You want them earning on their terms. Not depending on you or anyone else to handle the marketing side.
How we walk you through it

Three parts. In this order, every time.

Content, Objective, Pricing. The same rhythm The Enablers use in every conversation.

01
Part one

Content

The what — sixteen hours, two days, your business as the case

Sixteen hours over two days, in-person, hands-on. Devices are provided. You bring your business — its story, its offer, any photos or material you have — and you leave with finished assets, not exercises.

  • Day one. Telling your story. Clear brand voice, simple AI-assisted writing, your product or service described persuasively. Visual basics: a clean brand mark, your first set of social posts.
  • Day two. Selling without selling. Poster or flyer. Refined product photography. The skeleton of an online presence. Planning a simple weekly content rhythm you can actually keep.

Tools used: Designs.ai for design and copy, Pixlr.com for photo work, plus introductions to ChatGPT and Gemini for writing.

Open with the assets. Buyers want to know what they get for their time and money. Walk through the six-asset starter kit before anything else. The course content is the means; the assets are the end.

02
Part two

Objective

The why — what learners actually leave with

Every learner finishes with three things:

  • A starter kit. Six concrete marketing assets, ready to use, refined to your voice.
  • A working method. The same workflow that produced those six assets is repeatable. The next campaign takes a fraction of the time.
  • Autonomy. You no longer need to pay an agency, ask a younger relative, or wait for a freelancer to publish something professional. You can do it now, on your own.

Lead with the autonomy line. "You will not need to ask for help with marketing again." That sentence does most of the closing work for this audience. Pause after it.

03
Part three

Pricing

The how — tailored, with credit applied where it can be

Course fees are tailored per cohort. Solo learners, family or business-associate pairs, and small association cohorts all have their own arrangements.

SkillsFuture Credit applies to most Singaporeans aged 25 and above. Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy applies to Singaporeans aged 40 and above. Some business associations and retiree networks subsidise their members' learning.

The Enablers prepare a clear cost breakdown after a short conversation — usually within one working day.

Frame it as investment, not expense. "One round of agency work costs more than this course. The course gives you the capability for every round afterwards." Then take the maths to The Enablers.

Straight talk

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

Better to know now than discover it on day one.

This is for you if

You run a small business, are starting one, or recently retired and turning a craft into income.
You can use a smartphone and a basic computer — WhatsApp, email, web search, photos.
You want professional-looking marketing without paying agency rates.
You're willing to bring your real business to class as the case material.
You want to keep the time AI gives you back for the actual craft.

This is not for you if

You're looking for a digital basics or entry-level computer course. We assume basic device fluency.
You want a course on growing a venture-backed startup. This is for the small, the solo and the family business.
You want someone else to produce your marketing for you. The whole point is that you produce it.
You expect AI to invent your business. It is leverage on what already exists; you bring the craft.
A learner in his own words

"I ran a custom-furniture workshop for 38 years. By the second day of class I had a proper logo, eight social posts, two posters and the start of a one-page website — all in my own voice, all made by me with AI in the workflow. The next month's enquiries doubled. I should have done this five years ago."

If they push back

The six things they're about to say — and the answers.

These come up in every conversation. Have them rehearsed.

They say"I'm too old for social media."
You sayMost of the work is upstream of posting — building the assets, the brand mark, the writing, the photography. You don't have to live on TikTok. Many of our learners post once a week and it changes their business.
They say"AI sounds expensive and complicated."
You sayThe tools we use have free or low-cost tiers, and the course handles all the setup. You leave knowing exactly what works for your budget — usually a small monthly cost, sometimes nothing at all.
They say"My business is small. This is overkill."
You sayIt's built for small. Solo traders, retirees, family businesses, second careers. The smaller the team, the bigger the leverage from AI. The big firms have agencies. You have this.
They say"I've been doing fine without AI."
You sayYou probably have, and we're not trying to fix what isn't broken. The question is the time you spend now on copy, posts, visuals — AI returns most of that time to your craft. That's the trade.
They say"Won't my customers see through AI-generated content?"
You sayThey will if it's generic. The course teaches you to direct AI deliberately so the output sounds like you and looks like your business. You're the editor, not the producer. Your customers see your voice.
They say"I don't have time for a two-day course."
You sayThat's precisely the point. The course saves you hours per week thereafter. Two days now for the next year's worth of marketing time back. The maths is in your favour.
The questions nobody asks until they ask

What people are really thinking, answered.

Will I leave with assets I can actually use for my real business?+
Yes. You bring your business to class as the case material and you walk out with the six assets in the starter kit — finished, in your voice, ready to use. Not templates, not exercises.
Do I need an existing website or social media account?+
No. Many learners come in without either. The course covers setting them up where needed, and the one-page online presence we build in class works whether you're starting from scratch or upgrading what you have.
I don't have a clear "brand". Is that a problem?+
No — that's exactly what day one handles. Most learners arrive with a feeling for what their business is, not a defined brand. We use AI to draw it out into a clear voice and visual mark you actually like.
How is this different from hiring a designer or agency?+
An agency produces marketing once. The course gives you the capability to produce marketing repeatedly, on your own, for the life of the business. The total cost is lower and the autonomy is yours.
What if I'm just thinking about starting something?+
That works too. Many learners use the course to test a business idea — the assets you build help you decide whether to commit, and they're ready when you do.
Can I bring a partner or business associate?+
Yes, and many do. Family businesses often send the operator and the marketing person together. Small association cohorts work well too. Tell The Enablers and they will arrange it.
