Two days. Four platforms. Real videos.

Short-form video without the agency or the fourteen-hour edit.

A hands-on course for anyone who needs to be on Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts — and wants the production quality to actually compete. AI does the heavy lifting. You direct.

Why now

Short-form video became the default. The cost of producing it just collapsed.

Two years ago a single thirty-second video meant a brief, a shoot, a script, an edit and a second pass. A small business owner doing it themselves spent ten hours. A team paid someone four-figure sums per video. Both produced work that did not always land.

AI changed the maths. The same video — better, more on-brand, more platform-aware — now takes under an hour for someone who knows the workflow. The barrier is not budget any more. It is method.

The advantage is not making AI video. Anyone can. The advantage is making AI video that looks like you meant it.

The spotlight

Four platforms. Four grammars. One course covers them all.

Each platform wants a slightly different shape, hook and pace. Treat them the same and you lose all four. Treat them on their own terms and they compound.

REELS

Instagram Reels

9:16 · up to 90 seconds

The visual storefront. Aspirational, brand-led, polished. Where people decide whether your business looks like one they want to buy from.

What works: product reveals, before-and-after, soft narrative, lifestyle context.
TIKTOK

TikTok

9:16 · 15s–3min sweet spot

Where ideas spread. Casual, fast, trend-aware. The platform that punishes polish and rewards personality and pace.

What works: POV, demos, talking-head ideas, trends adapted to your business.
SHORTS

YouTube Shorts

9:16 · up to 60 seconds

Discovery at scale. Educational, narrative, evergreen. A short here can keep finding new viewers months later — the only platform of the four that works that way.

What works: tips, explainers, repurposed long-form, retention-led narrative.
LI · FB

LinkedIn & Facebook Reels

9:16 · up to 90 seconds

Where B2B and community live. Professional, insight-led, valuable. Lower volume than the consumer platforms, far higher conversion per view.

What works: insights, lessons, customer stories, founder takes.
This is the part most courses skip. Generic "AI video" training produces one video and posts it everywhere. We teach you the four grammars so the same idea gets cut four ways — each one made for the platform it lives on.
What you came here with

Two kinds of frustration. Both familiar.

The state every learner walks in carrying, and what the course actually solves.

If you make video yourself

Small business owners, freelancers, aspiring creators, social media staff

You know you should be on social video. The output you can produce looks amateur next to people with no more skill but better workflow. The gap is depressing.
Every platform wants different content. You can't keep up. Posting the same thing everywhere isn't working but you don't have the time to cut four versions.
Trends move faster than you produce.By the time you post, the moment is gone. The cycle never gets shorter.
You're paying a freelancer per video. It eats your margin and you don't own the workflow. When they're busy, you're invisible.

If you buy training for a team

Marketing leads, agency heads, L&D, founders

Your team needs to produce social video consistently. You don't have a video budget. The current rate is one video a fortnight when you need three a week.
You're invisible on the platforms your customers use.Competitors with no more resources are dominating because they have the workflow you don't.
Every video request becomes a project. Two weeks, four people, three rounds of feedback. You need the cycle in hours, not weeks.
You tried hiring a creator. It wasn't sustainable. You need capability, not a person.
How we walk you through it

Three acts. In this order, every time.

Content, Objective, Pricing. The rhythm The Enablers use in every conversation.

Act one

Content

The what — sixteen hours, two days, four platforms

Sixteen hours over two days, hands-on, with your business or channel as the case material. Devices supplemented; bring your own laptop if you prefer.

  • Day one. AI video fundamentals. Hook, retention and payoff. Producing your first AI-generated video. Platform mechanics for Reels and TikTok.
  • Day two. YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn / Facebook Reels. Trend-aware production. The multi-platform workflow — one idea, four cuts. Building a weekly publishing rhythm.

Tools used: Designs.ai and Pixlr for production, plus the prompting principles that transfer across every AI video tool that comes next.

Open with the four-platform spotlight. Most clients have not thought about platforms as different grammars. The moment you frame it that way, the price stops being the conversation. Quality of approach is.

02
Act two

Objective

The why — what learners actually leave with

Every learner finishes with three things:

  • A short-form video portfolio. Three to four platform-specific videos, made by you in class, ready to publish under your own handles.
  • A reusable workflow. The same method that produced those four videos works every week thereafter. Idea in, four cuts out, in under an hour.
  • Platform instincts. Knowing what works where and why. You stop guessing and start producing for the platform you're posting on.

This is your value sentence. "Your team leaves with the workflow that turns one idea into four platform-ready videos in under an hour." Pause and let the maths land.

Pricing

The how — tailored per cohort

Course fees are tailored per cohort and per delivery format. Individuals, small groups and private corporate runs each have their own arrangement.

SkillsFuture Credit applies for most Singaporeans aged 25 and above. Corporate cohorts may qualify for SSG support depending on company profile and learner mix.

The Enablers prepare a clear cost breakdown after a short conversation — usually within one working day.

Don't quote a fee. "Let me come back to you with a tailored breakdown — it depends on cohort, format, and any subsidies that apply." Take it to The Enablers.

Straight talk

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

Better to find out now than on day one.

This is for you if

You need to be on social video and the current production setup is not working.
You want a method, not just a tool tour. The course is workflow-led.
You're willing to bring your real business, brand or channel as the case material.
You learn by doing — by the end of day two you will have shipped videos under your own handles.
You want to stop paying per-video and start owning the capability.

This is not for you if

You want a long-form film or YouTube long-form course. We are short-form only.
You want deep cinematography or motion-graphics training. We are AI-led production, not traditional craft.
You want a one-hour overview. The two-day format is what makes the four-platform workflow actually stick.
You expect AI to invent your brand voice. AI is leverage. The voice is still yours.
A learner in her own words

"I run a home-baking business from my HDB kitchen. Before the course I was invisible on social. By the second week after class I had a consistent Reels presence — three videos a week, all made by me in under an hour each. Two months in, my followers went from 200 to 4,800 and I'm taking orders I couldn't have reached any other way. I don't pay an editor."

If they push back

The six things they're about to say — and the answers.

These come up in every conversation. Have them rehearsed.

They say"Can't I just learn this from TikTok itself?"
You sayYou can learn what's trending. You won't learn how to produce. This course teaches the production workflow that lets you ride trends instead of chasing them.
They say"AI videos all look the same."
You sayThey do when the prompt is generic. The course teaches platform-specific prompting that produces video that looks deliberate, not generated. You're the director, not the result.
They say"My audience isn't on TikTok."
You sayThen they're on Reels, Shorts or LinkedIn. The principles transfer across all four. You apply what fits your audience — and you have the workflow ready when their habits shift.
They say"I'm not creative enough for this."
You sayThe course is structural, not creative. You learn the patterns — hook, retention, payoff — and AI handles the production. Most learners surprise themselves by what they make on day two.
They say"Won't followers see through AI content?"
You sayThey see results, not process. The course teaches you to direct AI so the output is yours — your voice, your message, your business. AI is the production team. You're the creator.
They say"Won't this be outdated next year?"
You sayTools change. Platform grammar — hook, retention, structure, payoff — does not. The course teaches the principles that transfer. Specific tools are the substrate, not the substance.
The questions nobody asks until they ask

What clients are really thinking, answered.

Click any to open.

Will I leave with videos I can post immediately?+
Yes. The 3–4 videos in your portfolio are platform-specific, made for your real business or channel, and ready to publish under your handles. Most learners post the first one before the end of week one.
Do I need any equipment, software or subscriptions?+
No. The tools used in class have free or low-cost tiers. Devices are available; a personal laptop is preferred. You leave knowing exactly what setup makes sense for your budget and volume.
What if I don't have a niche or brand yet?+
Many learners use the course to find that. The platform-specific exercises clarify which voice and angle land for you. By the end you have a clearer answer than the question you came in with.
How long do AI videos take to make after the course?+
Under an hour for one idea cut across all four platforms once the workflow is internalised. That includes prompt iteration, refinement and platform-specific framing. The first few are slower; you find your speed in week two or three.
Will the videos sound like everyone else's AI content?+
Not when you direct properly. The course's whole point is teaching you to make AI sound like you — your tone, your phrases, your perspective. The generic AI video problem is a prompting problem, and prompting is what we teach.
Is this for B2B as well as B2C?+
Both. The LinkedIn and Facebook Reels track is built specifically for B2B contexts. The principles work whether you're selling sourdough or software.
